SGD: MS Visual Code Drag And Drop Does Not Work On OL7 App Server (Doc ID 2727358.1)

Symptoms

Customer is using MS Visual Code(vscode) as IDE for their software development. They installed vscode version 1.46.1 on their OL7 VM.
When they access their VM via SGD (5.50.093), drag and drag operations do not work with vscode.

The customer can use putty to connect to vm (with VcXsrv) and vscode drag and drop works without any issues.
