Ops Center does not show OS Provisioning profiles for Solaris 11 SRU 10 and beyond (Doc ID 2734487.1)

Symptoms

When trying to use Ops Center to install or update a Solaris 11.4 machine, the automatically created OS Provisioning (or Upgrade) profiles are not present.

Typically the cacao logs from the EC will also show errors like this:

 Any attempt to install, upgrade, or deply a UAR of Solaris 11.3 SRU 10+ may experience this issue
