Symptoms
- New connection fails to establish after being configured and enabled.
- DSR will raise alarms indicating a connection is enabled but not up.
- DSR will issue INFO Event 8000 with
DESCRIPTION "DA-MP connection FSM exception."
ERR_INFO "GN_INFO/INF Anonymous peer failed capabilities exchange."
Error Info will further specify Transport Protocol, Host & Peer IP Addresses and Port,
Error Info will also provide message "CEx Error=DCL-ERR-3010-001: Unknown or unexpected peer."
- Packet capture of Connection Establishment Request/Answer (CER/CEA) will show DSR sending CEA with
AVP: Result-Code(268) l=12 f=-M- val=DIAMETER_UNKNOWN_PEER (3010)
AVP: Error-Message(281) l=53 f=--- val=DCL-ERR-3010-001: Unknown or unexpected peer.
Changes
New connection being configured and enabled.
