Unable To Run Package-logfiles All In OCSBC (Doc ID 2766761.1)

Goal

When we run the package-logfiles command it gives the error as below

# package-logfiles all
Executing the command with argument 'all' may impact performance of system
Proceed? [y/n]?: y
writing stats to file /opt/logs/dump.datapath, it may take a while ...
task done
Wrote /opt/logs/support-info.log file
Tar/gzip file /opt/logs/logs-210405.tar.gz to include 240 files of 658 MiB (uncompressed)
Proceed? [y/n]?: y
Error tar'ing file list: No such file or directory
