Catalog Manager does not Start on Linux

Symptoms
When starting Catalog Manager on Linux, it does not start. And error message does not pop up.
When executing "./runcat.sh -consoleLog -noExit" as follows the steps in Doc ID 1412163.1, following error is seen.
