Catalog Manager does not Start on Linux (Doc ID 2770086.1)

Symptoms

When starting Catalog Manager on Linux, it does not start. And error message does not pop up.

When executing "./runcat.sh -consoleLog -noExit" as follows the steps in Doc ID 1412163.1, following error is seen.
