HTML Reports Sent by Agent Do Not Have Correct Style When Delivering Result Directly (Doc ID 2772919.1)

Symptoms

HTML reports sent by the agent do not have the correct style when delivering the result directly.
Reports in HTML sent by the agent do not show the correct formatting when delivering the results directly. Whereas delivering as a PDF, PPT, or HTML attachment and other formats works fine.

This can be reproduced at will using samplesales lite rpd following the below steps:

  1. Create a report with Year, Brand and Revenue
  2. On Year column->formatted the heading to have orange color
  3. On results added a sum after
  4. saved the report Say A.

1. Create a new agent.
2. Delivery content->content->Analysis->Report A
3. Format: HTML
4. Attachment: HTML
5. Recipients: test8@testemail.com
6. Destination: Default Setting
7. Save and run the agent.
