Symptoms

Users may find that when they launch a remote desktop session by HTML5 client of SGD, even when they change the input mode by pressing switch key on the keyboard or pressing shortcut keys, although the local input mode is switched, the input mode on the remote desktop session is not switched.
For example, for Japanese customers, when they launch a Windows desktop by HTML5 client on Chromebook and when they press the key [kana-eisu] on the keyboard, the local input mode is switched but it has no impact on the remote Windows server.
