Ops Center: NGZ zone Creation Failing for Guest Using a Fiber Channel Backed LUN (Doc ID 2776513.1)

Symptoms

Customer has a global Zone host running Sol 11.4 and they have fiber channel or iSCSI lun's presented to the Global zone host for use by NGZ's.

When they execute the deployment plan ; the Ops Center job fails when we are trying to create a zone using a virtual disk from the local file system. The error we get is:
