Fraud Monitor Score Graphs Are Not Showing Points Calculation Values (Doc ID 2778648.1)

Symptoms

The Score graphs in Fraud Monitor are not showing all the points calculation values. i.e. when you look at the "Explanation for Dynamic Points" the numbers for value and average are 0 or blank. See screenshot below for examples
