Symptoms

"mtime" changed when restoring file on Cluster filesystem on ZFS from non-primary node on zpools configured as global mounts.

If it creates a tar archive on one node and extract it on the other node, the timestamps for "mtime" are different.

Changes

No changes on the systems.
