User Agent Value Is Not Exported To CSV (Doc ID 2782310.1)

The UA field is not always written in the CSV file.  With the Public CDR Generation option enabled as per:

when calls are exported to the CSV file, the src_ua and/or dst_ua fields are blank even though the related call shows the values.
