SL150 - Tape Library Down, Warning: Processor Thermal Trip (Doc ID 2790485.1)

Customer first noticed that the library GUI was not loading so they did a reboot and per screenshots getting Warning: Processor Thermal Trip. Library will not even complete boot up sequence. Library is completely down and customer cannot ping the library. The drives and robot are not visible to the backup server.
