Symptoms

The LDOM fails to boot from a file generated from 'archiveadm create-media -f usb' after updating the system to Solaris 11.4.23.69.3.

The 'archiveadm create-media -f usb' output file worked find with version prior to Solaris 11.4.23.69.3.
