Exadata image upgrade skips firmware update on one disk on all DB nodes (Doc ID 2796151.1)

CheckHWnFWProfile reports one disk on each DB node to have firmware version which is unexpected:

Upgrade to Exadata image version: 20.1.9.0.0.210416
The issue is generally seen after upgrade from OEL6 to OEL7
