After Upgrade From 5.50 To 5.60.535 Unable To Start Client (Doc ID 2797606.1)

After upgrading two SGD servers from 5.50 to 5.60.535, one works fine but after upgrading the other one the client will not start.

When using the installed Windows client the following appears in the browser:

Web Service Request Failed
The following fault was returned from the web service call:
Code Server.Exception
String java.lang.NullPointerException: Caught exception from SOAP method: webtopsession->starttcc()

When using the HTML5 client, after entering credentials and clicking "login"  a "Loading" indication but in the end the screen goes back to the login page.
