Goal

 A ZFS Storage instance running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) can be scaled up or down into a different shape.  This can change the available memory and CPU resources available to the instance.  If a system needs to perform faster for a period of time it can be scaled up.  If performance is not needed it can be scaled down to save money.
