UFS performance of Solaris 11.4 is worse than that of Solaris 10

Symptoms
The customer has reported that UFS performance on Solaris 11.4 is worse than on Solaris 10.
When a simple test model was created and verified, the following results were obtained.
Hardware is the same for Solaris 10 and Solaris 11.4 environments, 72 UFS filesystems are in use.
For SunOS 5.10 Generic_150400-59 environment
Average business test execution time: 8 minutes 42 seconds
For SunOS 11.4.27.82.1 environment
Average business test execution time: 12 minutes 7 seconds
Contents of the simple test model:
30 multiple executions of $ / usr / bin / cp <source_file> <target_file>
$ cp AA aa & cp BB bb & cp CC cc & cp DD dd & ... (30 multiplex in total)
The following differences were found in the Solaris 11.4 environment, lockstat -C:
There were no singularities in the Solaris 10 environment.
Changes
The customer upgraded from Solaris 10 to Solaris 11.4.27.82.1 and then to 11.4.36.101.2
