CSV Export Not Exporting All Calls For User Tracking but Bulk Export Does (Doc ID 2817402.1)

Symptoms

When using the User Tracking feature, attempting to export to CSV results in not all the calls being exported. Using the Bulk Export though, exports all the calls:

 

 

 

The customer has tried the steps in document: CSV Export Is Not Showing All Results (Doc ID 2646274.1) but the issue is still seen.
