[PCA 2.x] Provision Compute Node Fails with Error "Unable to download the kickstart file" (Doc ID 2817726.1)

Symptoms

Provision cn37 passed HPM installation, failed on installing Oracle VM Server due to not able to find the kickstart file. The screen shot shows:
