Symptoms
Exadata x8-2 Storage Server re-image will fail with error "[ERROR ] setup_storage_controller_lsi: Unable to add virtual drive to 252:0"
Changes
Exadata Rack was moved to a different DC. This required a secure erase and FE performed decommissioning steps from EIS Check List.
One of the steps was to clear the disk controller configuration.
