After Solaris and GRID SW upgrades, oracle uid changed from 54321 to 69 and its primary group changed from oinstall to dba

Symptoms
After updating Solaris (for example, from 11.4.25 to 11.4.37) and applying GRID software updates:
- The oracle user's uid changed from 54321 to 69
- The oracle user's primary group changed from oinstall to dba
- The oracle user's home directory was changed from /export/home/oracle to /home/oracle
- The oracle user account was locked and it's password disappeared
After reboot, CRS failed to start with the following log messages:

Solaris was updated to a new SRU (for example, from 11.4.25 to 11.4.37) and GRID software was updated.
