No New Registration Events Being Processed in OCSM 4.4 (Doc ID 2832445.1)

Symptoms

While the Registration KPIs are displaying correctly, users find that under: Operations -> Registrations, no Registrations are shown. See below for example:

 

 

 

If the VSI process is restarted, the Registrations start to display again but will eventually stop being displayed:

 

In this case, it has 8191 events that have not been processed.
