HSM: Tape Library DOWN After Solaris SRU 39 to SRU 41 Update (Doc ID 2847694.1)

Symptoms

 Immediately after starting the samfs robot daemon, sam-almd, using the 'samd start' command, the direct-attached SL3000 library is being DOWN'ed by HSM

The following entries are seen in /var/adm/messages

 

 

Changes

 The issue started after the customer upgraded to Solaris 11.4 SRU 41 (11.4.41.107.2).
