EPAP: Delete User Failed With Error Code E1066: The Requested User Was Not Found (Doc ID 2848070.1)

Symptoms

On EPAP GUI, navigate to User Administration > Users > Delete User.  Select a user from the list and click "Confirm Delete User". The system returns the following error:-

   ERROR : An error occurred while attempting the requested operation.

   E1066: The requested user <user_name> was not found.
