SEER and SDT calculation issue with ISUP devices (Doc ID 2853542.1)

Issue is with SEER and SDT calculation for ISUP devices.

Customer noticed SER and SEER are same for ISUP devices

For SDT, if they check for few days (accumulated) the csv export of the KPI starts with negative. However the graph shows positive.

Also If we check the SDT for few minutes, its showing a very large value.
