[PCRF] 5063 errors observed during VoLTE Calls (After Migration)

Goal
During the migration activity, OCC team have observed that in Rx interface, for AAR message AAA was returned by PCRF with the error code 5063( REQUESTED_SERVICE_NOT_AUTHORIZED ).
Checking in the available documentation it says PCRF rejects new or modified service information because the requested service is not consistent with the related subscription information /operator-defined policy rules and/or the supported features in the IP-CAN network.
Please check and let us know why PCRF is rejecting the AAR with 5063 error.
