Goal
Firmware support of persistent topology and link-speed features means customization of these parameters for the Solaris emlxs driver is no longer possible in emlxs.conf after updating Emulex 16Gb and 32Gb Fibre Channel HBAs to firmware version 11.2.x.x or greater.
Notes to contact Oracle Support for more details have been added to /kernel/drv/emlxs.conf released with Oracle Solaris 11.4.42.113.1 or greater:
