Symptoms

Description:

After initial install of PCZ330p4 the user is prompted to set a new password, ECB prints an error "Failed to set user password. Access Denied."

This KM Document is applicable in the following scenario:

  1. Initial installation of PCZ330p4
  2. Does NOT impact upgrades from a prior release to PCZ330p4
