Symptoms

Customer was unable to start NNC services. Whenever they ran ./startnnc script they get below error

[nncentral@nncsvr2 bin]$ ./startnnc.sh
Starting Back-End server now
1 of 27 services have started...
Monitor did not receive a request to shutdown in time allotted. OC SDM status remains unknown!
