How To Find Value For OCCNE_DOMAIN When Install CnDBtier 22.1.0 (Doc ID 2863717.1)

Goal

1. In CNE 1.9 and 1.10, cnDBtier can install with CNE, it has required to config dbparams.ini. But in CNE 22.1.0, there is no such step. So it is required to install cnDBtier separately after CNE 22.1.0 installation finish, right?
2. In cnDBtier installation guide, proceudre 2.1, how can I find value of OCCNE_DOMAIN in exist CNE and fill it?
