Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 8.0.0 to DSR 8.5.0 [Release DSR 8.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Following server recovery after manual NTP Sync activity (see DSR OAM User's Guide for procedure), several alarms are raised and remain up after server has stabilized.
Alarms may include:
- MJ 31226 HA Availability Status Degraded
- MJ 10011 Cannot monitor table
- MJ 19800 Communication Agent Connection Down
- MJ 31225 HA Service Start Failure - DA_MP_Leader and/or EXGSTACK_Process
- MJ 31201 Process Not Running
Additionally, the target Server may not appear in Status & Manage > Server and other operational screens depending on alarms present.
Changes
NTP Sync activity was conducted via NOAM GUI.
