The GTT DB levels and Timestamp on Many of the SLIC cards shows 0, -1 or any random Values in "rept-stat-db:display=all" command after the upgrade.

It is also application if any SLIC cards with IPSG + GTT boots later at any time in Rel 46.9.4.0.0-76.47.0
