Goal

There is no Artifacts folder in MOS package.
Downloaded p34201555_2220_Tekelec.zip and p34220571_2220_Tekelec.zip.
From the installation guide, "Download DBTier Package" section:

There is no Artifacts folder in p34201555_2220_Tekelec\occndbtier_csar_22_2_0_0_0.
