After SBC Upgrade to 840XX version the SBC starts adding empty reason header in BYE request

Symptoms
It is found that 830 and 840 behaves differently when it comes to sending BYE.
In 830 we dont send any reason header and while in 840 we add a reason header, which is empty and this causes the client to process it slowly or it does not understand how to handle it and causes bigger impact.
