Symptoms

Running with CNE 1.8.4, while upgradating dBtier from 22.1.2 to 22.1.3 release  facing error below and upgrade failed.

Error: UPGRADE FAILED: cannot patch "mysql-cluster-db-monitor-svc" with kind Service: Service "mysql-cluster-db-monitor-svc" is invalid: spec.ports[0].appProtocol: Forbidden: This field can be enabled with the ServiceAppProtocol feature gate
