Goal

How to make IngressRate Limiting Function work ?
For overload protection test case, user have set below parameter in SCP for ingress rate limit (nf type: AMF)

Actual Result: All message processed successfully

Requests [total, rate, throughput] 700, 70.10, 69.95
Duration [total, attack, wait] 10.008s, 9.986s, 21.95ms
Latencies [min, mean, 50, 90, 95, 99, max] 19.195ms, 25.093ms, 23.053ms, 26.852ms, 41.819ms, 77.681ms, 144.434ms
Bytes In [total, mean] 11200, 16.00
Bytes Out [total, mean] 410200, 586.00
Success [ratio] 100.00%
Status Codes [code:count] 200:700
