Symptoms

Apply Changes from NSP GUI are failing for the IMF subsystem/site(s).

1 XMF OUT OF SYNC 2022-06-13 16:02:48.0 Unable to connect host - xx.xx.xx.xx - java.io.IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: xx.xx.xx.xx;

1. Doing apply changes from NSP GUI

The issue has Real impact:  Due to this issue, customer cannot do new configurations.

 Customer applied the firewall rules in all of the PIC Servers & in thier Network due to Internal Security Compliance requirements.
