Goal

There is a requirement for enabling NRF notifications routing via SCP, and the feature fix is planned in version CY23 PI-B , which will come in May 2023.

Now in SCP 22.1.0 before this feature is available, how to config NRF notifications routing via SCP using Peer configuration and Routing configuration?
