Symptoms
After adding a new DE3-24C tray to an existing ZS3-2 system using a SAS-2 HBA, the new tray has the fault LED lit but no obvious faults are seen in the Applicance Kit (AK) CLI or Browser User Interface (BUI).
Changes
The new tray, using IOMv2 controllers, were added to an existing DE3-24C tray, not using IOMv2 controllers.
The IOMv2 are 12Gbs controllers and they were attached to a 6Gbs device
