Goal

Customer configured "nfNssaiAvailabilityUri": "https://<IP>:<Port>/subscribe/notification" and when NSSF sent notification to AMF getting http://<egress-gateway-IP>:<Port>/OC_Notify/subscribe/notification.

OC_Notify is extra added in URI.
