Symptoms
reports ireport.io.scsi.cmd.disk.dev.slow.read
Problem class : fault.io.disk.slow_rw
If the error is slow.read ireport, and or fault.io.disk.slow_rw and there are no other slow ireports on other disks within 5 seconds then DISK-8000-VP will be diagnosed.
After upgrading Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance to OS: 8.8.51 (or IDR = Interim Diagnostic Relief IDR : 8.8.39 idr5146.1 or IDR: 8.8.44 5185.1)
Disk failures can be seen due to the slow-disk telemetry system wide variable being set to 5 seconds. Disks encountering faults/failure due to this feature may have an associated FMA event of both DISK-8000-VP and/or DISK-8000-WA

Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance running OS8.8.51 and higher has added a new fault management architecture FMA DISK-8000-VP and reports ireport.io.scsi.cmd.disk.dev.slow.read
