Customer was working with DB RAC support on another service request when the the support engineer asks them to execute the following command; however, as one can see there is an error in the output:

Command: " egrep -v "^#|^$|agent" /etc/oratab | cut -d ":" -f2 | sort | uniq | while read home;do echo -n "$home==>"; stat -c %U:%G $home/inventory; done "

it is evident that it does not work, this is the output: egrep: can't open /etc/oratab
