Symptoms

The ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFSSA) reports WDC W7218A520ORA018T drives at firmware version A670 are faulted due to MSG-ID: DISK-8000-ES.

Changes

Issue Found In:

OS8.8.49, ak-2013.06.05.8.49

New or replaced disks at firmware revision A670.
