Pods Not Evicting When Making Worker Nodes Down (Doc ID 2911415.1)

Symptoms

When making down four worker nodes together from open stack GUI, customer observed that the deployment pods were not evicted from those worker nodes, they were in running state, refer below output.


If they are making only one node down, the pods associated with that worker node are evicted to other nodes.
