Symptoms
Sun Connection Readiness Kit (SCRK), also known as "Phone home" is disabled or in maintenance.
Any attempt to modify SCRK Properties, fails. Commit throws error :

This ZS7-2 is part of Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) and Auto Service Request (ASR) implementation is done via Platinum gateway. Problem manifested itself after some changes were made to this existing setup.
