Symptoms

Customer have 3 SCP's in test bed, all were replicated each other.

Now suddenly replication not happening, running 'show slave status' in each scp-db-tier getting no records found.

Tables DBTIER_REPLICATION_CHANNEL_INFO, DBTIER_REPL_SITE_INFO are empty.
