Goal
How to Replace a Fibre Channel HBA Used on LDOMs Configured with SRIOV which is not Hotplug Capable
- This procedure can be used to manually recover failed "ldm evacuate-io", "ldm restore-io"

NOTE:
To check whether the SPARC server is hotplug-capable:
On the root domain which owns the target PCIe device, the PCIE device must be listed in the output of "hotplug list -c":
Example:
- T8-4: The PCIE device is hotplug-capable
