Missing Alarms In 22.3 PCRF_Alertrules File

Goal
When comparing PCRF_Alertrules yaml files from 22.1.2 and 22.3.2, I notice some alarms are gone
For example:
PDS_DOWN,
CONFIG_SERVER_DOWN,
DIAM_GATEWAY_DOWN, etc.
are present in PCRF_Alertrules 22.1.2 file but not in 22.3.2
22.3.2 file has only PCRF_DOWN alarm, which is looking at pcrf-core only, but above alarms are gone.
