Ops Center 12.4: Cannot Provision Solaris On SPARC T8-2 Using PCI NIC (Doc ID 2923686.1)

Symptoms

A customer tried to provision a Solaris OS using Ops Center.  The wizard showed their PCI card network connection on GB_6.  The installation wizard failed with the following error:

Changes

The customer did not make any changes to the environment.  It always performed this way, but they initially worked around it with an external AI server, bypassing Ops Center.
