PDS_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT_MS: 5000
deployment pcrf-core ===>
POLICYDS.REQUEST_TIMEOUT: 3000
GUI PDS Settings ===>
Request Timeout : 1000
GUI diameter settings ===>
Response Timeout : 5sec
